MDS collaborated with Sarah Small, Landscape Architect, complementing her stately gardens with an open-air pavilion to create a multi-functional rear courtyard ensemble.  The pavilion structure features an outdoor kitchen and entertainment area that serves adults and kids, as well as accommodating outdoor meetings for the client's business operations. In the dining area, an inset cement tile "carpet" creates a central focus with a pop of color and texture.
