Project Description
This 660 SF stand-alone tiny structure's ground floor is three feet below grade in order to allow for soaring ceilings while keeping the building as compact as possible on the outside. Generous skylights and windows allow light to flood the interior. The kitchen island allows dining so the great room can be a living room. A steel bridge connects the upper loft to a private roof deck.
