Project Description
With its red textured bark, Arbutus creates a welcoming front entry to our pied-à-terre project for an avid bicyclist. The rolling gate is designed to easily allow a peloton to flow forth!
This Sebastopol property has a small weekend residence and a guest cottage sited in between a smattering of native Black Oaks. A series of meadows, patios and decks extend socializing outside and throughout the day. An outside fireplace is close to the copper-clad spa and outdoor shower to allow tired bicyclists to move back and forth at the end of their long Sonoma rides.
